ok you can help....well it's very important to FEEL THE WEAPON AS A PART OF YOURSELF, then you can even lift heavy weapons and be fast even when they are hammers, for the training it would be good if you take your fans and concentrate some chakra into them, untill they feel like your own hands...well...and...well..yes thats it, try it and when you feel it then try to cut hidan into peaces as fast as you can.
