to think about it this would be a pretty much even fight but in the long winded battle between them i think that kisame will still win because he has the strong jutsu and sword along with his almost superhuman stregnth you pretty much get the picture

But they have pretty mutch the same jutsu, Zabuzas sword is bigger than kisames (i think...), and Zabuza is also buff.

4.Zabuza cannot swim as well as fish-man (kisame) if the battle was held in water/ on water
